To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in children's social work, particularly in child protection and family support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
