We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Future Directions (Care Leaving Service) Team Manager to join our team in Barnsley. As the Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to young adults transitioning out of the care system, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Manage and lead a team of social workers and support staff to deliver high-quality services to care leavers.
