The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Experience working with children in care and care leavers, preferably within a local authority setting Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to children's services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage a complex caseload
