We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Team Manager (C&F) to join our dynamic team in Bradford. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality social work services to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with families and professionals.
