To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in a statutory children’s social work setting.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
