To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience in children's social work.
  • Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
