This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children in our facility. As a Children's Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the management team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the well-being and development of every child in our care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the children's care facility.
  • Supervising and supporting staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual children's needs.
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations of children's progress and well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
