We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Help & Protection Team (East) in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to assess, plan, and implement effective interventions that promote the safety and well-being of children in need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and other professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Providing support and guidance to families to enhance their capacity to provide safe environments for their children.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
