Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks.
  • Facilitating multi-agency meetings and conferences to develop and review child protection plans.
  • Collaborating with families, children, and professionals to ensure effective support and intervention strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely case records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
