  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in children’s social work, particularly within a neighbourhood or community setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with families and professionals.
