To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Significant post-qualifying experience in children's social work, with a focus on safeguarding.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
