  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
