CWD Senior Social Worker - Norfolk £40.50/h
We are seeking an experienced CWD Senior Social Worker to join our dedicated team in Norfolk, offering a competitive rate of £40.50 per hour. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their welfare and safeguarding while promoting their development and well-being. Your expertise will be crucial in providing high-quality assessments, interventions, and support to families, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the children in our care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other professionals.
- Providing direct support and interventions to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in line with statutory requirements.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Social Work, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in child welfare and safeguarding, particularly within a qualified social work role.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with families and professionals.
