  • Contributing to the development of service delivery strategies and initiatives that enhance the quality of care provided.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Extensive experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring or supervising social work staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
