- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.
- Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in a statutory social work setting.
- Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
