The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s social work, with a focus on safeguarding.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
