To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Hons in Social Work, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
