Social Worker - Safeguarding - Walsall

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker specializing in Safeguarding to join our dynamic team in Walsall.   • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, reports, and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case progress and share best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in safeguarding practices and working with vulnerable populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and families.
  • Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
