Assistant Team Manager - Safeguarding Team - Isle of Wight

As an Assistant Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Team Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Safeguarding Team.

- Contributing to the development and implementation of service improvements and best practices.
- Engaging with multi-agency partnerships to promote collaborative working and effective safeguarding interventions.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant post-qualifying experience in social work, particularly within safeguarding.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
