We are seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Social Worker to provide high-quality support, protection, and intervention for children in need. In this rewarding position, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and community services to create positive outcomes for children and young people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Providing direct support and guidance to children and their families, ensuring their voices are heard.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Participating in team meetings, training, and supervision to enhance service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England or equivalent regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
