We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time CP Chair (Quality Assurance) to join our team in Slough for a position of 29.6 hours per week in the Qualified Social Work field. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance within our child protection services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading case conferences, facilitating discussions among multi-agency partners, and ensuring that the best outcomes for children and families are consistently achieved.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Child Protection Conferences and ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
  • Coordinating with social workers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective action plans.
