We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Family Help team in Cambs (Fenland/Wisbech) on an umbrella basis, offering a competitive rate of £40.50 per hour. Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.

  • Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and documentation.
