We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Agency FCA - CAFCASS in the Qualified Social Work field to join our team. As an Agency FCA - CAFCASS, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support and guidance to children and families involved in the family court system.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and best interests.
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals to ensure the well-being of children.
• Attending court hearings and providing expert evidence to support decision-making processes.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
• Advocating for the rights and interests of children to ensure they are safeguarded and supported.

Essential qualifications and skills:

• Qualified Social Worker with current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Demonstrated experience working within the child protection and family court systems.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child welfare and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
