Children's SW - CP Team - Derbyshire

- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families, other professionals, and community resources.

- Providing support and guidance to families to facilitate positive change and improve outcomes for children.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in child protection or children's social services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
