We are seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the First Contact Team in Sutton. As a Qualified Social Worker in the First Contact Team, your key responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, preferably within a First Contact or assessment team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a caseload efficiently.
