Senior Social Worker- Family Safeguarding Team-Barking & Dagenham
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Team in Barking & Dagenham. This pivotal role requires a compassionate professional who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of families in our community. As a Senior Social Worker, you will lead assessments, develop intervention plans, and work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing supervision and guidance to junior social workers and support staff.
