Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks.

- Participating in multi-agency meetings to share insights and contribute to safeguarding strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to appropriate services.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
