Children's SW - Safeguarding Team - Liverpool

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a diverse range of professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes for children in need of support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans to address the needs of children and families.
- Working closely with children, parents, and other stakeholders to provide support and intervention.
- Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of all casework.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and external partners on safeguarding issues.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A recognized social work qualification (CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in children's social work, particularly within safeguarding settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
