Children's SW - Family Safeguarding Team - West Sussex

- Engaging with children, families, and partner agencies to promote safeguarding and welfare.
- Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when required.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
