As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

- Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
- Providing direct support and intervention to young people and their families, fostering resilience and empowerment.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.
- Participating in training and continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in child protection and exploitation.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with adolescents and understanding the complexities surrounding child exploitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
