The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Work (CSW) Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures governing child welfare.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
