Children's SW - CIC/Court Team - Northamptonshire

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families.
- Managing a caseload of children in care and those subject to court proceedings.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Attending court hearings and providing expert testimony as required.
- Supporting and advising foster carers and adoptive families.
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in children's social work, particularly in court and CIC settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in child welfare.
