The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
