To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience working in children's social care, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
