We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our safeguarding team in Northampton. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans that prioritize the safety and welfare of clients.
- Collaborating with other professionals, including healthcare providers and law enforcement, to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of clients.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Hons in Social Work, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in safeguarding, particularly with children and vulnerable adults.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
