Children's IRO - Gateshead

- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children's social work, particularly with looked-after children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
