Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in children’s social work, particularly in child protection or looked-after children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
