To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across agencies.
