We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Adolescents Team in Surrey. As a Social Worker in the Adolescents Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments of young people and their families to identify needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Providing direct support and intervention to adolescents, including counseling and advocacy.
  • Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure positive outcomes and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and progress reports.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adolescents in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with young people and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resilience.
