As a Social Worker in the Kinship Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of kinship carers and their suitability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.

- Providing ongoing support, supervision, and training to kinship carers.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in child protection, fostering, or kinship care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
