The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in a corporate parenting context.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and manage a complex caseload.
