- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in fostering services or child protection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
