We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work team in Hertfordshire. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in children's services, particularly in a statutory setting.
- Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
