To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in early help or preventative services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a commitment to working in a multi-agency environment.
