Join our dedicated Support and Safeguarding Team in Northamptonshire as a Qualified Social Worker focusing on Children's Services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in child protection conferences and court proceedings when necessary.
  • Providing guidance and support to foster carers and adoptive families.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
