Children's SW - Safeguarding Team - Northamptonshire
Join our dedicated Children's Social Work Safeguarding Team in Northamptonshire, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in our community. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and managing cases involving children at risk, working collaboratively with families and other professionals to create and implement effective safeguarding plans.

- Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
