We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to join our Fostering Team on the beautiful Isle of Wight. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fostering team, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with statutory regulations and best practice guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of social workers and support staff to deliver high-quality fostering services.
  • Managing case loads and ensuring timely assessments, reviews, and placements.
