Social Worker - LAC - Nottinghamshire

- Providing emotional support and guidance to children and their families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working with children and families, particularly in the LAC sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
