We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Greenwich - PM - Assessment & Support Team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families in need within the community.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs and develop appropriate support plans.
- Providing direct support and intervention to vulnerable individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Liaising with partner agencies and professionals to coordinate holistic care and services for service users.
- Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification and registration with the relevant regulatory body.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with service users and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload effectively.
