We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in Peterborough. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a one-duty week in four schedule, providing flexibility and a better work-life balance. The successful candidate will receive a competitive pay rate of £42 per hour.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks
- Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of service users
- Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support
- Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with Social Work England
